Transmission of personal data to third parties or to third countries
Innovatif d.o.o. does not forward collected personal data to third parties or to third countries. The only exception is when the MailChimp online platform is used to send e-newsletters, where personal data for sending such newsletters (name, surname, e-mail) are stored. In its General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the MailChimp online platform ensures compliance with the rules of the General GDPR Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and confirms that it has obtained a certificate of compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
